Tutto Bene — Restaurant in Brockton

I can't begin to tell you what a great service Tutto Bene provided for me! My Dad passed away on 1/18/22 and I was planning my Dads Funeral Services and unfortunately his favorite restaurant was not open on the day that we were having the service. A good friend Neil contacted Benny whom is his good friend and asked if he would do the luncheon for me and without hesitation stepped right up, offering the place on the day of the services even though they were not open; provided use of the entire place, bartenders, wait staff but best of all a buffet luncheon that was of great value and spectacular! The pasta being in a buffet was moist like fresh plate served, the chicken marsala was so beyond delicious and the sauce on the Pasta was just great! Not to mention how fresh the salad was and Meatballs my father would of died for; if he didn't already! He would of loved it and I'm sure he was looking down so pleased "Pasta and Meatballs" his favorite meal! Benny, although leaving for vacation before my event contacted me several times telling me not to worry about anything! Of course I still did worry and had hesitation but never will worry or hesitate to use them again; won't be a worry in any of my bones or taste buds! If you haven’t tried this restaurant, it’s definitely a MUST! Pasta bene ( Tutto Bene )is unlike any restaurant you will visit . They have a great variety of dishes / meal and it’s truly quality & hand made food. The owner makes sure he buys quality ingredients and the chef is excellent. The restaurant is not open late hours, so it does get very busy fast, especially on the weekends,. I would recommend making a reservation. I often sit at the bar, but it isn’t easy getting a seat there, because every bartender that works there is amazing! Each bartender has a huge following and depending on which nite you go to the restaurant, you will need to arrive early to land a seat at the bar. No matter where you sit though in the restaurant, you will get excellent service! As far a food…I love the Chicken Milanese, it’s the BEST! I could go on about so many more meals, but you would be reading forever. So what I recommend is checking out Tutto Bene yourself. They’re open Tuesday through Saturdays, I believe 4;30 until 10pm but only serve food until 9pm, I think.

The only word to describe our experience at Tutto Bene is APPALLING. First, the appetizer plates were filthy - okay, not a huge problem. Then, I ordered my martini, and it had a bug visibly floating in it. I asked for a new drink, and was promptly served one. The remainder of the meal was uneventful (and blah at best). The bill came, and was paid - without the bug drink being comped. Paid the bill, looked down in my drink, and noticed the BUG WAS STILL THERE – in my NEW drink. The drink must have been simply handed back to me without making a new one. Angry, I said I did not want to pay for a drink that I was unable to drink, TWICE. After a half an hour, we were told that they could not reverse the charges, and would give cash back for the amount of the drink. The hostess returned to our table holding a $10 bill for a $9 drink, and asked us for change back!
