SCAM - Bought a new phone for $29.99 and added a line. They added things that I didn't ask for or want. He charged me for a case, screen protector, charger and insurance which I didn't need. I told him I didn't want these, and he insisted this phone had to be bundled with all of these items ($200+ later). No where did it say anything like this in the store or on the website. These add-ons are to make his sales look good. Seriously considering reporting...

Girls were rude when I came in today. Also since is there a convenience fee to pay your bill in person? Never had to pay extra for my bill when I came in to pay my bill.
