Supreme House of Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Brockton

This WAS my favorite place in the WORLD to get subs from, so this review does NOT bring me any pleasure to write. The family who owns & operates this shop are some of the finest human beings to walk the earth. Ok, ok.. I'll get to the point.. The quality of the products has gone downhill... especially the roast beef. My last 2 visits were so disappointing that I had to finally say something. I remember coming here as a 6-7 year old boy with my dad. My dad was like the mayor of Brockton. Everyone knew & loved him & he felt the same about everyone too. He would spread his patronage around to all the great establishments like Legion Park Pizza, Capeway Manor, Italian Kitchen, Christos, The B.C., Cape Code Cafe, George's, Tip Top and so many many more. BUT.. MY favorite was Supreme House of Pizza.

I remember drooling when Jimmy handed us our food. The roast beef was rare & hand cut from the finest cuts. NOW, it's like processed HAM !!!

Giving SOP 3 stars hurts me this bad. I look forward to updating this when the quality of the ingredients goes back up.

I just ate at Pelham House of Pizza (just over the MA border in NH)) & the roast beef quality there is as great as possibly can be.. so don't tell me it can't be done today !!! AND Pelham HOP's PRICES are $3 dollars cheaper per large sub.

Supreme HOP's prices are great, so there's no complaint there.

Location & parking are fine for take-out.

I'm truly rooting for this historical giant to return...

This place is the best pizza place ever! I'm not from Massachusetts but looka here, that pizza reminds me of back home but a spin better. Manny and Tim are awesome 👌! I ordered a small cheese steak sandwich with extra mushrooms and onions. I like the fact that they toast your bread without having to ask. The toppings I got were mayo and lite lettuce.Let me tell you that sandwich was so delicious! It had so much meat and they seasoned my meat with salt and pepper upon request just the way I liked. My daughter ate half of my sandwich and only 7 years old!! That's a lot said with a small amount of words. My brother ordered a large hamburger, extra cheese, and mushrooms. I got one slice and it was a forever memory!!! The cheese was so extra and delicious!!! It was from every inch to the other covered with cheese. The hamburgers and mushrooms were like a wonderful overload of tender.. The bread was so buttery soft. I went back the next day and ordered my own!! And how about it was delicious just like my brother's!! Thank you Manny and Tim for making my experience so wonderful. Yall are so polite and customer dedicated! May you all continue to...

I've been coming here at least twice a week from 1978 to 2022 (44 yrs.) at times 3to4 a week, I've seen this family grow from only Jimmy and Sofia to four wonderful children who are all college students. They a havl grown up into families of their own, while all following their parents footsteps of being contributing adults to their communities and fellow man. Jimmy Lambrakis was a GREAT family man and a Wonderful friend to many of us. Jimmy always had a smile on his face when you walked into the front door he made you feel like you were family . As of the food here, well what can I say that most everyone else is saying that Everything is Great here, as you can pretty much guess I had everything on the menu and then some in 44 years.
