Ace hardware store near me has top notch product selections. They cater to the same needs that big city hardware stores do, but have a great personal relationship with the customers who live in and near our small town and surrounding rural community. The store employees go above and beyond helping with suggestions and purchasing the products in their store. The only reason I have give 4 stars and not 5 is the regular pricing is a little steep but they have AMAZING deals and sales promotions running regularly! Do your research and plan your purchases (if possible) or even ask the store employee if they have any sales running (now or in the near future if your need of a product can wait) or suggestions of an alternative product. ACE truly IS the PLACE for a HELPFUL...

This ACE Hardware is designed beautifully! Very organized! They pretty much have everything you would need for your house and lawn for every season throughout the year. The only thing I wish is the staff didn't hoover so much!! I appreciate when they bring be directly to what I need and answer my questions, but why do they stand there while I pick stuff out? I feel like I have to discuss with them why I'm choosing this product over something else... Also, I know for a fact I would have purchased more products, but I want to make decisions without someone hovering over...

True Value does not have a search option to check prices or inventory of item's that they sell. With the search option, it saves customers on fuel usage and time spent traveling to look for a specific item and the nuisance of an employee asking "Is there's anything I can help you with or find". At least a photo inventory would be suffice. But, you can find "hard to find" items here...
