Great China — Restaurant in Brockway

This is simply the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The food is unlike any other place around. I've watched the chef butcher a whole chicken in the kitchen before cooking and serving it. This food is fresh and it is delicious. The service is excellent. They have never messed up my order in the 10 years that I've been eating there. The quality is consistent time and time again. Most people order takeout, but to truly appreciate how good this food is, I think it should be eaten fresh, right in the restaurant whenever possible. This is the only Chinesse Restaurant in town so I didn't expect much from it but it was good actually. The meals are very large which is nice considering you do pay a little more. They don't give you complimentary chopsticks like most chinesse places though, I realized after I had already got home. Also, they make you pay for sauces separately. The food was bad and it was not tasty. We asked for spicy food but it was bland. We ordered lo mein and sasa chicken. The lo mein was alright where it was coated with too much soy sauce. The chicken pieces were not tasty and not evenly cut or cooked. My kids hated it but eventually ate it. The sasa chicken was not tasty at all and it was bland.
