Giving one star only because it won't let me give zero stars. The last three times my family has ordered from here, we've had to wait 1.5-2 hours for our order to be delivered, our food has been cold, and the only form of resolution offered whenever we've called to ask where our order was or to tell them that it was cold when delivered was "Oops! Sorry!" When I left this same review on their Facebook page (during business hours) it was removed and the ability to comment on posts had been turned off within minutes. If they have time to play on Facebook, they have time to do their actual jobs. And if they don't like poor reviews, then they need to improve their product and service. Stopped in today after my sister's funeral with 13 other family members, the young lady that waited on me for our order was very polite and professional. She didn't get nervous when 14 people came in at once and sat down. The service was top notch, the place was clean, and the food was top notch!
