Great American Cookies — Local services in Broken Arrow

If I could give a zero I would! First off, I placed the order the night before and when they opened they canceled the order! Normally I wouldn't care but the service a d the cookie was disgusting and I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a must!! This is a tradition we have been doing this every year! We get a cookie cake and put something on it that makes us laugh and everyone loves it! We spent about 80 to 85 dollars after tipping 10 bucks and finally get the darn cookie cake and the writing is tacky!!! Half cursive and half print, WAY TOO MUCH icing!!! Like we love icing but they put so much my kids won't touch it, plus it's stale and hard as can be! The only part anyone can eat is the middle but there si so much icing we have to scrap it off. My kid couldn't even read what it said so it wasn't funny message! Some of the kids didn't believe me when I said what it was!!! I picked chocolate underneath for writing and vanilla on top because we dont like the vanilla as much as chocolate but instead of the normal thin lime you all draw on top with they did this huge thick layer. I mean I don't think anyone will ever eat one of the cakes again! They hearts were supposed to be empty not filled in with massive amounts of chocolate! I just can't! I have never had such a nasty hard old cake that looked that tacky! J will NEVER be back to that location! I might never be able to eat another cookie cake ever again! Stay awake from this location! They definitely can't decorate and they can't tell when something is old to throw it out! Yuck yuck yuck!!! I'm so disappointed it this location!!! Hire some people who can follow instructions!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Great American Cookies. This is now the third year in a row they’ve messed up my son’s birthday cake. In the past, I let it go without asking for a refund, but this year the mistakes were too big to overlook.

When I called to address it, the staff not only tried to blame me but also told me I couldn’t get a refund without speaking to the owner. Later, I was offered only a 20% refund with the excuse that it was “just the border color.” That’s simply not true — the entire cake was wrong, and they lied to minimize their mistake.

Horrible! I ordered twice in one day because my daughter had her birthday and all they wanted was cookie slices so I ordered a few and they only sent 1!!!!! So I ordered again 4 of them and again they only sent 1!!!! No call nothing!!! I asked uber for my money back since they only sent 1 when i ordered a lot of different cookies! Never will I be going back there! They definitely need new management or new crew since the evening shift is so horrible! Also took them over 2 hours to deliver it both times and no it wasn't because of uber they didn't even have it listed as a waiting order!!!!! I would give zero...
