This location is notoriously slow. It even takes 30 minutes in the drive thru at off-peak times. The order is usually wrong. Portions are meager: tacos are only half-full and burritos are barely smeared with beans. It seemed for a while that there was a new manager and things were getting much, much better, but our experience tonight was as dismal as ever. I remember the guy, who I believe was the shift manager or most senior staff, being out-of-his-way UNhelpful when I needed the bathroom stocked for my 4yo to use several months ago...I think we were there for an hour between 2:30 & 3:30 and reminded him a few times, but he never took care of it. Needless to say, I raided the men's room for supplies, bc her bladder wasn't going to wait for him. Anyway, besides being generally unhelpful and mildly surly tonight, this guy refused to give a poor lady any cheese for her fajitas. She had been in line at least half an hour (& it was nearly 8pm) & she had to come back because they forgot the toppings. He was slow as molasses getting her the missing toppings and just about the worst choice to be on the register as the customer service representative for the store. Even if he is right & Taco Bueno, for some unbelievable reason, doesn't include cheese on their fajitas... The least he could have done for her trouble would be to give her a couple handfuls of cheddar. Jeez, what would it cost them? 10¢? Tell ya one thing: I won't ever venture to order fajitas here. I may try one more time to see if i find the tall, slender, friendly, super helpful guy who seemed to be managing this place a little while back. Came in the drive for the order I always get for like 3ish months since I’ve moved to BA and got told that wasn’t possible. So I parked my car and went in hoping it was just just someone new that didn’t know how to do it yet. The “manager” is the one that apparently talked to me over the drive thru was also the front of house order taker. So I tried to order what I have ordered for months with no issues and she was very aggressive about it. Even the customers behind me waiting to order were upset for me. But all I could do was try. I asked for said “‘managers” name and got told, “I don’t have to tell you”,!multiple times. I love going to this on because I usually have a great experience and don’t mind paying extra if it’s not what the meal or combo “is” but this lady was pure hateful. I will never be back unless someone above this “manager” responds and makes this right. I also called back once I left to speak to someone more responsible, at least I hoped. Which a young man answered the phone. And I asked him if I ordered what I usually do if it was more than what I was asking for and he said no and then quiet, and hung up the phone 3 seconds later. Again, I’m very upset because I’ve gave a lot of business to this location and to be treated this way and disrespected for asking what I usually get and offered to show receipts where it was done in the past for me wasn’t good enough. Just average. I used the only order functionality so I could just grab and go. I arrived a few minutes early so I could get my sauces from the salsa bar (pictured) and try to get a different drink since online only Tea and Dr Pepper were listed as available. I waited a couple minutes before anybody aknowleged I was there or needed anything. After the young man noticed me he was able to help and the woman, I think the manger, looked over her shoulder and said oh I am working on yours right now. By this time it was already time for me to pick up, I filled my drinks and started to wait. I think it was 10 minutes later they finally called my name. I checked all the bags and the order was prepared correctly with the proper additions and subtractions. I made it home and the food was like warm at best ( only a 3 to 5 minute drive on a heated seat). We love TB food but sadly they along with most quick serve/fast food restaurants are doing less and less in the customer service area. They were not very busy when I was there and it appears that they just assemble the food so I am not sure why it takes 15 plus minutes to make an order but I guess I am missing something. Overall food is good and usually hot, we will be back but it will not...

I arrived at approximately 9:45 PM hoping to pick up food, use the restroom, then eat in my car. According to the sign on the door, it says the dine in closes at 10 PM. Instead the door is locked and people wave for me to go away or use the drive-through. I used hand gestures to tell them that it said 10 PM on the door and was ignored. Frustrated, I ordered a drink through the drive-through with the intention to submit a complaint. The drink receipt is unreadable as attached. Not coming back.
