I feel if you are going to open up a business or at least work at someone elseās business, you should know that along with what your selling, customer service is also key to bringing in customers. This was my first time here and I would have to say super bad customer service along with customer interaction. So reading all these reviews, which is what I should of done first before driving across town to this location, there is this ācarelessā guy at the front and itās funny as soon as I read that in the bad reviews, I know exactly who they are talking about cause that SAME CARELESS guy was the reason why Iām reviewing this as a no star review. Just cause you say āwelcome Inā doesnāt mean you met customer interaction, walking in thatās the only thing he said, which at the time we didnāt mind, but when we asked where certain cards were, he would just point his fingers from the front and mumble where it is, like he didnāt want to interact with us at all and seemed like he didnāt want to be bothered. Now they have sports cards laying out everywhere, like no organization just everything everywhere and so being there for the first time, we were asking him and he just couldnāt careless in showing us or telling us where certain cards are. It became so uncomfortable to the point we didnāt care to look nomore and left, we were the only ones in the store so itās not like they are busy. If you are going to work or open a shop, be more into what your selling and treating your customers who is doing you a service coming in to look and buy a card from your store. This shop I felt wasnāt all about them knowing about their cards or passion for collecting cards to help their customers, it felt like it was more of a āpeople will buy them so we are just going sell themā. I hope you guys change how you treat your customers and represent your store. Just cause you guys have a huge collection doesnāt mean nothing. There is always cards show in or around here and for me, I will rather wait for them card shows then come here again. Thanks to that careless guy in the front who can careless, per why this store has a low...

Been on a hunt for a few cards for my pc and this store was just a few miles from one of my business meetings, I figured Iād drop in and see what they got. First impression is the store has good product and is well organized. Staff seemed indifferent. I was one of two customers in the store. First thing that caught my attention was their boxes of products were really high priced. That raised a red flag then I was searching the singles and those were all high as well. Maybe 25% of the ones Comped myself seemed extremely over priced and the vast majority seemed well above comps. I wasnāt going to leave a review but I just visited their website because their Topps Chrome baseball hobby boxes price made me chuckle so I wanted to see if they fixed them since when I was in was just after the release. Nope! Still $350 a box!! LOL you can get the same exact box from other major names in the industry for $269-$299. it sucks they are ripping off the local collectors. If youārea local collector, DO YOU DUE...
