I'm going to be honest with this visit to Walmart in Broken Bow I had to make it there by 8:00 in order to cash a check coming 2 hours and 15 minutes away from Fort Smith Arkansas I barely made it to Broken Bow with 15 minutes to spare when I walk through the door the lady at the customer service desk was literally turn around backwards from the cash register staring in the distance obviously because she's taking care of all of her customers and there was nobody standing in front of the desk either way it made it easy for me to get what I needed accomplished since she did that professionally accurately in a hurry I cash the check and proceeded to shop a little bit before I took a 2 1/2 hour trip back home Walmart's almost always been a pleasant experience shopping if you have a little bit of cash Walmart's the place to go if you need a few things well this Walmart was rather expensive I realize groceries have gone up but when is the cost of living going to match the cost people are making drove all the way to Broken Bow for a $280 check cost me $4 at Walmart to cash it and then I spend another $60 before I walked out the door on nothing more than some chips bread snack cakes milk a box of cereal a case of soda 12-pack to be exact and that was it not to mention the $40 in fuel which turned out to be $100 total so do the math considering I remember in 1999 gas was 79...
Read moreIt is a smaller walmart. They have a few things to get you by. Disappointed at the customer service dept, I drive here from Dallas and was having issues with my battery (in my car) Went to O'Reilly to have the test my battery before going to.walmart, they told my that my battery was bad and was going to have issues down the line...so I went to walmart took the battery out of the car and stood in line, funny 6 of us were there with our batteries. They told the first person that nothing was wrong with the battery and nothing they could do for them, told the 2nd person the same thing, and the 3rd??? I was 4th, and they told me the same thing. I LET THEM know i went to O'Reilly and they said the battery was bad...they young lady ignored me and went to the next person, I stayed to listen and of course they said that the battery was fine... I asked if they could see if the machine is really working because I can not believe 6 batteries were fine when we have issues with our batteries.... I am saying all of this, their customer service needs to be retrained on taking care of customers.. Shame on walmart for scamming people. Fix your battery machine and ur...
Read moreWhere do I start!?! They have a employee by the name of Blanca and she makes the whole store look bad. She steals from her own place of employment (Walmart) She gives her friends and family discounts that she shouldn't. Blanca taught another female employee how to give the discounts and that ultimately got that girl fired. Why isn't Blanca fired too!?! Blanca also usually hides in a corner by the cloths while talking trash and laughing at customers. She's very unpleasant and unprofessional. She should set a better example for her child. I can't believe that this store allows her to continue stealing right under their noses. If Walmart is going to prosecute every thief they catch then they need to do the same with their very own thieving employees. This particular Walmart needs to have the big guys come in and fix A LOT of issues with their employees. Spend your money elsewhere. Make it to where Walmart doesn't have a choice but to fix this store. Customers want to feel good about where they spend their money. I just can't feel good about spending mine...
