Sunrise Buffet — Restaurant in Broken Bow

Just look at all the other 1 star reviews! That alone shows that this particular place doesn't care about their customers or if you even come back. As long as they can get your money even one time, they're totally good with that. All of us 1 star reviewers are just trying to keep others from making the same mistake we did. You and your family deserve real food, positive workers and a restaurant that deserves your business. This one is none of that. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star! The facility is nasty dirty. The staff members are rude! They stare and talk trash about you while you eat. The food is horrible, not even real Chinese food. They use regular spaghetti noodles. Their Wontons were raw! Also they rip you off. We went last night and my ticket said $30 but when I handed her the money, she then says "oh I charged for lunch instead of dinner price" okay not a problem! Until I looked at their dinners prices and realized that she ripped me off. Our ticket should have been $30.75 but she charged me $37.00. I will never eat here again! It was my 1st time and last time there. I'm not sweating $6.00, it's the principle! How much do they really make from ripping off the very people that keep their doors open!? This restaurant despite the same ownership has completely given up. Rude and unprofessional staff that used the language barrier as an excuse. I feel awful having to write this but when a buffet meal is bad and a kitchen prepared for the table meal are both bad then the restaurant has taken a pretty sharp turn for the worse. I suggest skipping this place and driving the extra 33 miles to DeQueen for good Chinese buffet and pleasant service. The hostess barely left off talking to walk past the table and look at us in a manner that said we bother her. And let’s not forget that when washing your hands prepare to have to do the repairs yourself in order to go in or out. The cleaning was right on the same level making me curious as to the personal cleanliness...

Food was like a 5 out of 10 . What really has me not giving a better review is that it being a buffet where everyone touches the serving spoons, they should require masks and provide disposable serving gloves for when people are serving themselves . Only the hostess/bus cleaner and ourselves had masks on ..not even the 2 officers having lunch there. I ate in such discomfort. Thankfully I had my hand sanitizer to apply after touching things others touched like salt n pepper shakers, sriracha sauce. etc etc. If you decide to visit, please take care of yourself and wear a mask, take gloves and sanitizer.. better yet,...
