Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Broken Bow

I'm a very patient person and give a lot of chances before I become annoyed. Congratulations Pizza Hut! You have succeeded. I ordered a dinner box and the completion time stated 3:03 pm. I arrive, pay, and stand off to the side. Yes, I'm a little early but don't expect the pizza to be done until the stated time. At that point I proceed to stand there listening to the personnel complain about not enough help (there were two groups in the dining area and 7 people in the carryout list). The phone rang repeatedly with no one answering it, with at least 6 different employees that I saw working, not including those in the kitchen. One lady kept stopping and looking at the phone as if waiting for it to quit ringing. Two different carryouts came in (that were in the list after me) and after the employees greeted them with great familiarity they received their pizza...before me. Again, they were in the list after me. To continue, one lady came in, ordered, left, and came back to get her order before I did. Approximately 20 minutes after my order was to be complete, they finally brought it out. Needless to say, I am not happy with this Pizza Hut and will absolutely not...

We arrived the first customers to arrive at 11:30 and the doors were still locked. We walked in and it looked like the floor had just been swept because all the trash from sweeping was off to the left side of the door when we walked in. There was hardly a clean table to sit at, the chairs were strewn around and not set up to the tables and it looks like there was a party of 10 or so the night before because 3 tables were all put together, dirty and chairs were pulled out. The night crew had definitely not cleaned up before they closed down and locked up. The food has really gone downhill. The pasta hadn't been mixed up so only the top half of the pasta in the pan had sauce on it and it was cold, and I used to love the marinara sauce but it doesn't even taste the same anymore. We were the first customers in today and everything was set up in the middle of the salad bar but there was only one container of croutons and a half a container of stale vanilla wafers and the other two containers only had crumbs. Makes me wonder if those containers had been sitting there from the previous night. Unless things pick up I probably won't be going...

Called and asked for a manger to help me... Lady who answered rudly let me know "it buffet time and she cant come to phone"! Um ok.... since when was a manager not able to help a customer due to 'buffet'??? I manage a store a heck of alot bigger then pizza hut and have never allowed a employee to tell my customers i cant come to phone for ANY reason!! If you are working on ANYTHING (other then directly with a different customer) then you stop long enough to help your customer who needs!!! Many issues with this pizza hut. Between me ordering personally for my home and ordering for my employees and work, i USE to order from pizza hut anywhere from 10-20 pizzas per month. I havnt been there in a few months due to these kind of issues (and rude employees and managers) in a long time. Thinking Pizza Hut may of stepped in (knowing how many people hate going there now) and fixed this issue, I figured I would try again today since that is what a employee is wanting for lunch! But I believe we will continue to go somewhere else, to which we can get good customer service from emplyees and mangers who care about the customers, as well as...
