Moving from NY to Bethel made it difficult to find specialists in a few fields and as a Traveling Nurse who drives 40-50K miles a year my car was very important to me. I wanted to install a new Blackvue DR770X 3 channel(3 camera) dash-cam and it was challenging because i wanted it hardwired to my 2024 Lexus RX550H and its a hybrid so i wanted it done perfectly. I have been a customer since 2006 and every time I visit Annie, John and the Sounds Incredible crew, I am pleasantly surprised! They are true masters of their craft. This visit, I brought a classic 2002 Chevy C3500HD mason dump for an audio refresh. While this may not be the typical vehicle seeking a stereo, Annie took the time to refresh her memory with what speakers my previous systems used so she'd know what my hearing-tastes are like. My goal was to add some modern touches such as backup camera, bluetooth phone capabilities, bluetooth music streaming and Android Auto. They all blew it out of the park! Annie kept in touch with me every step of the way and even informed me of a couple issues (unrelated to the install) which were quickly and professionally overcome. I am very happy to see that the Sounds Incredible team has survived the test of time and they are flourishing more than ever.

Outstanding! My car had some type of pre-existing power draw. The dealer told me it was the after market alarm system and charged me $500 to remove it. I then went to Sounds incredible and had new remote starter installed. They did an incredible job!! Then... the battery died again. I went right back to the dealer since they insisted the draw was from the original starter. They found nothing and returned the car to me despite having the original starter removed for no reason. When I told Sounds incredible they immediately wanted to look at the car themselves. In the time before bringing the car back to them i swapped out the brand new battery for another in the slight chance that the one i had just installed was defective. I then brought the car to SI and they spent hours looking for any type of issue. Although they found none i never expected not to be charged for their time. I tried to insist on paying something but it was refused. I know a small business can;t just give away their time but, these good people did!!!
