The main attraction of the Costco food court is the price. The $1.50 all beef hot dog including soda, the 25 cent bottle of water, the less than 75 cent big glass of soda. These prices have been around a long time.
The salads look decent, but are of course pre made, and thus are cold. The new vegetarian (soy-based) "al pastor" salads are getting decent reviews....I am not a fan of soy, so I didn't try it. The Acai bowl (frozen yogurt, I think, with Acai swirled in, fresh fruit and granola) is getting good reviews.
The Polish hot dog is gone, as is the chocolate frozen yogurt. Change is inevitable.
There are folks who eat by price, and they will be happy hot dog eaters. And salad eaters each have a choice.
But does anybody go to Costco Food Court who isn't already...
