Interesting experience. I asked for sterile water because I couldn't find it. The pharmacist informed me that I needed a prescription for it....which I thought was weird. He further said "...sterile water is used for intravenous use...". Which obviously confused me because though yes you can use it for intramuscular use I know for a fact you cannot use it for intravenous unless you add extra additives.
