Great customer service, clean, welcoming. Went in to buy a basketball. I was greeted promptly by a young man named Jakai I think. (I'm sure I misspelled his name). He was super helpful, friendly and competent! He even added more air to the basketball without my asking. He also showed me around the store which was super clean and well organized. I visited this store with the intention of supporting a local small business. My toddler loves books and we began looking through their collection, and he requested to read one. Halfway into the first book, I was informed by the staff that there is a “two story maximum.” Otherwise, he explained, people would just sit there reading books all day. Great overall selection of toys and games! I appreciate that the store is organized in a gender neutral manner, especially the baby toys.
