After purchasing a bed that Steven (store associate) suggested it will be a good fit for my lower back pain (after returning a mattress that I had for 5 years and did sink) sounds like a great fit for my back, I decided to give it a try. and at first it was perfect. Then, slowly, I started feeling that the top pillow was sinking, and I thought my body would adjust to it. Still, unfortunately, it did not. After I had slept on different mattresses while traveling, I concluded that my bed was the cause of my back pain. I wake up every morning in such pain! In the meantime 120 days are over and when I went back they told me that they can't do anything about it since the policy is 120 days for return, I can understand that but things happen slowly and this need to be considered as health problem and now I need to change the mattress and no one wants to help, the manager on the phone said he can't go against the policy, (during the call he was not pleasant!)well he is the manager, and he can do something to help a customer of over 10 years, but he chosen not to help, I called again to speak to the "sleep expert" Stephan, and he answered the same way, therefore I will never go back...

Products introduced were based exactly on what I was looking for/shopping for. They have a variety of mattresses and sleep-related products and are very knowledgeable about the industry. Service was friendly, but they didn't provide too much information to make things confusing.
They listened to what I was looking for and addressed exactly that.
We found me a mattress that was unavailable in their inventory. The store manager Lili looked in other inventories and found me a similar product and over all made the experience very pleasant and easy. Read moreThis store and the salespeople are very nice, but I ultimately had a bad experience buying a mattress here. I bought a mattress, tried it for a few months, and didn't like it. I exchanged it for a nicer and much more expensive mattress, but when they came to remove the old one, they said that they couldn't take it back without the original tag. I don't think I was ever really warned that removing the tag would cancel the 120-night trial, and I don't remember removing it. So now I'm stuck with a mattress I don't like. I understand the salespeople here are stuck with company policy and that they can't resell a mattress without the tag. Still, it would have been nice to make an exception when I tried to exchange it for a mattress that was almost twice as expensive as...
