Costco Depot — Local services in Brookshire

Everything is really really good the loading and unloading is super fast and over night parking for early deliveries but the only reason I am giving it a 1 star is that they keep your load locks I mean Costco really don’t you pay your employee’s enough that they make money like this. They keep 2 out of 3 of my load locks and when on check out I told them that my load locks are missing they said go back to door and they’ll give it to me, went back on door and the guy is saying oh I only had one load lock so why is that guy giving me 2 of them back straight up lying. As described by the previous driver, I'm at the same situation now, I picked up the load Tuesday at 16:30 appointment time from Rochester, MN with a scheduled appointment at 8:00 Thursday at Costco in Brookshire. I called the broker 24 hrs before to advise the difficulty in making 18.5 hrs drive on time, I arrived at 9:18 and was rejected the delivery. The broker is trying hard since the morning to get the load worked in, and at this point Costco is saying next Tuesday.

If nothing works out with Costco, this is going to be an 8 day load, outrageous in so many ways!!!!

And that's what truck drivers deserve for pushing as hard as possible so the stores are going to stay...
