Amazon Distribution Center — Local services in Katy

If I could give - or 0 stars I would at this point. Over the past few weeks they have continually tried to deliver packages outside of the clearly stated delivery information for our company. The attempts have been before 7AM or after 6 PM and even on Sunday. Office hours/building hours are Monday - Friday 8-5.

I have check to make sure the instructions are correct within their site and they are. I will even check to say deliver between 12 & 4 if the option is available.

I have made several phone calls regarding this with no resolution and promises of deliveries the next day. And they again try to deliver before or after office hours if they even show up. I have had to cancel orders & reorder only for it to start again.

I am appalled at how Amazon has handled my complaint. 2 months ago, I filed a complaint, still no progress. I want to make everyone aware of the fact that if you have someone that works for Amazon, and you don't get along, they have the ability to harass you through their job. Since the harassing started for me and my husband, we have dealt with emails and calls. Spamming. I was able to figure out that it came from Amazon IP. West location, which is, Katy. My husband's packages kept experiencing delays or not showing up. They haven't done a thing to help me figure this out. It's been two months, no update has been done. They aren't taking this seriously. Knowing that their employees, can harass anyone through their packages and servers. They obviously don't care. I'm disgusted,...

Worst Amazon in Houston area. Always issues with these guys. Made 7 if us wait 45 mins because they claim there’s no spot to drop when there’s clearly multiple spots. Had to walk in there and point out the obvious to someone who was higher up and he fixed the issue. Basically did there job for them as they stood around, clueless.

Another time they called and told me to pick up trailer saying its ready. I go and connect and they its still not ready for another 45 minutes. And they ask me why i connected.
