Igloo Factory Store — Local services in Brookshire

I was just there at the Igloo store yesterday. I’m giving 3 stars instead of the five I would have given, due to the customer service. There was a young girl behind the counter with long dark hair, glasses and braces. You could not get this girl to talk to you to save your life!!! She looked so BORED, she was slumped down on the counter with her chin resting on her hand. She really couldn’t care less if anyone came in the store. There was another guy there who was tall with glasses. He was at least able to help me and got what I needed. If I hadn’t seen him, I would have walked out without buying ANYTHING due to the lack of customer service. I was very happy that y’all had the Steamboat Willie cooler. I had been eyeing it online and couldn’t be happier with the product, especially since it’s half price in the store. I went to the igloo store to see about purchasing a cooler for my beach trip this weekend. When I walked in no one said anything, so I just started to look around. I found one I thought would be a nice for just a beach trip for the weekend.

When I went up to the counter one of the employee just looked at me and didn't say anything till I finally said... "I'm ready to check out".... When I purchased the cooler . I looked at the receipt come to my surprise, no refunds, no exchanges, no warranty, no trade ins.

So I walked back in to ask about this as to why no one said.or told me.anything..... that it was final sale. Told me nothing' helpful. Not customer service friendly, don't want to help and just has an attitude and ignores there customers.

Just spent $100 on a product that might not even be worth it coming from...

I didn't know what to expect, but the store was great. It had a variety of Igloo products at really good prices. The store had coolers, lunch boxes /bags, ice packs, parts, and water bottles. They also had a selection of Igloo hats and shirts if you wanted to share your Igloo devotion with the world. On the more practical side there were cooler parts if you have a hinge or latch break on your favorite cooler. The price of the ice packs they had was fantastic and they had a variety of styles and sizes in stock. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
