This location would have received 5 stars but when I arrived about 1600 with my live load I was a day early and I could hear the inbound talking to the receiver in the warehouse and they were too lazy to unload. He said they didn't have the staff and to come back the following day around my appt time which was 1330. Upon departing facility, the inbound gave me some very knowledgeable information that helped. I went down the road about 2 miles to a truck stop and implemented the information that I was given and by this time it was around 1715 and I went back to the facility and was able to get unloaded at 1800.
