Update: changed from 1 to 5 stars Recently we visited the store again to select a new item from warranty. This item an Employee named David Switzer helped us ⌠Wonderful person to work with. Very knowledgeable about all the items on the floor . Understood our requirements showed us variety of options .Very patient with us while we are deciding our selections. Tried to listen and understand our needs. Appreciate him . The store also is good updating their items and honoring warranties. We are very happy this time with the service and the purchase we made ⌠Will definitely visit the store again. ââââââââ We bought our sectional recliner from this store 2 years ago. They didnât have best collections for all rooms but for our living room we picked them. The recliner we bought is an expensive one so we bought warranties too. Now the leather started peeling off and we went through warranty department and they asked us to exchange it for same price so we went to the store. An Employee of the store name Frank volunteered to assist us thinking we were new customers but when he knew its warranty he started behaving weird. He wouldnât let us talk. He expresses his own opinions and asks us to buy all single piece recliners than connecting pieces. He doesnât even have any basic knowledge about how to form a sectional which is combination of various pieces. He without any knowledge of space we have in our room compelled us to have his own ideas and designs and is so rude. Even when Iâm asking a question he wouldnât let me talk or cares that Iâm talking and is in his world of expressing his own thoughts. That was really bad attitude and very rude of him. Suddenly he goes off topic and talks about mattresses. Having a nice collection or big store doesnât make any sense with having employees like these irritating customers and being rude to them. Though itâs warranty shopping they finally get paid through manufacturer. Employees need patience in listening to customers opinions or needs. Customers who came to buy and bought 10k worth furniture are not mindless goats to take unworthy talkative suggestions without listening or not letting them talk .

   Read moreI purchased this furniture July of 2015. I spent over $4000 for the entire living room suite. I figured that for that price, the furniture should last me 6-8 years. But......20 months later, there are rips in both sides of my love seat, and both sides of my 6 foot Full Power Reclining couch. All 4 rips are in roughly the same exact area, and none of these seats get sat in on a regular basis. There are 3 adults in my home, I usually sit in the recliner chair, which has no rips in it at this time, and the other 2 adults, sit on one of the 4 other spots randomly, and only from time to time, not every day. Yet, all 4 spots have rips in them. I called customer service to find out what i can do, and they informed me that it is only a 12 month warranty, I am out of warranty, and they will not do anything to correct the problem. So....basically, what are they saying, they are saying, we sell junk furniture for a small fortune, and we will not back up that furniture because we already know the quality of the furniture is JUNK, hence the "Discount prices" which aren't really discount prices at all. All 4 rips are in practically the same exact spot, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect, but they already got the money from me, so, they have no need to keep me happy. Do yourself a favor, find another furniture store, there are ALOT out there, that have quality furniture for a fair price. I am moving into a new house now, and need new furniture for a second family room, and an entertainment theater room, which I originally intended on buying from rooms to go.    Read moreOrder a furniture set over a week ago from their location in willowbrook. Talked to the sales staff an had arranged for pick up today (11/24) at the distribution center and overall this been a horrible experience since arrival. At the time of this writing it is 2PM and we arrived roughly at 10:15. So we have waited nearly 4 hours to pick up what was supposed to be living room set that was to be treated before hand. At the distribution center the only vehicles being loaded till roughly 11:40 were the rooms to go delivery trucks then 90% of the staff disappeared for lunch when the loading dock was full of other customers who had been waiting since 10 o'clock to receive their orders which you can see in the pictures I have provided. We witnessed one family sitting at bay from roughly 10 till 1 wait to get furniture that was a literal 20 feet in front of them. Upon being assigned a bay at 11:58am it wasn't revealed to us that our furniture had not been treated yet at 1 PM ensuring that we had to wait another 30 mins to an hour for a product that we would be receiving wet which we had our concerns and made sure to document with your staff, who were very helpful an nice considering our frustration. Even though it was a day after a holiday it seems that this was a management failure to make sure they were properly staffed and prepared for today and that all orders were ready on Wednesday prior to the thanksgiving holiday.
