So went into this sham of an establishment today, apparently ran by people with no common sense, no customer service, and no human decency. I Ordered two tacos from the little taco shop inside there store. Paid at front desk went and picked up my order. I drive cross country so after about 10 minutes back on the road I open my bag and find just one taco. The taco was great by the way. So I call the establishment to tell them what had happened that i drive cross countey and i am not from the area. And this India guy who you can barely understand says that well next time I'm in the area to stop by and he will give me one free taco. I explain to him it could be months before I am back in this area and that I would like for him to simply refund half of what I paid for. Apparently the people here are so poorly trained that they can't process a simple refund or don't have the technology or know how. So he tells me too turn around and come back and he will give me cash by now I'm 20 miles away and not worth my time too turn around for 3 dollars and change. And he still refuses to give me a refund on my card. Terrible service and ran by incompetence..

I’ve come here on two occasions and had pretty decent experiences both times. It’s a pretty good location right in front of the LaQuinta hotel so if you’re staying at the hotel you can just walk over if you need anything. My daughter needed to go to the restroom and the cleaning lady refused to let my daughter in. So my husband had to take her to the man's bathroom so she doesn't pee on herself. They didn't come with a better system when it comes to cleaning. I understand that you have to do your job but your customers comes first. She was so unprofessional.

I’ve come here on two occasions and had pretty decent experiences both times. It’s a pretty good location right in front of the LaQuinta hotel so if you’re staying at the hotel you can just walk over if you need anything. I will say the prices of stuff is a little on the pricey side I guess due to being in front of the hotel.

We stopped by to buy a few items for the road trip. My wife and granddaughter wanted to use the bathrooms and quickly turned back from going. They were disappointed that they were all dirty and disgustingly full of filth and on the floor. We did report this condition to the cashier and he wasn’t concerned. I am so saddened to see such a place here in Brookshire where they have a lack of hygiene and pride in their store. Needless to say we are not...

Stopped for coffee and breakfast, coffee dispensers looked dirty and we're all empty, so I went over to the breakfast grill and the Indian girl that was there seemed bothered, I asked her to show me the food and lift the lids so I could see the good and she got upset, her attitude killed my appetite, I doubt she cleaned and prepared the food with care, so I just told her nevermind and left...
