Had derate in engine twice in same week, called everyone around Houston area and not one could get to it until next week, called Jake at Rosenberg and he was honest in saying we will do our best but never know what can happen..got me tow truck number and upon arrival and finding problems took me out to shop and showed me the issue.. And had same problem in San Antonio early in week but they missed this....Jake's guys didn't, and will have them do any work I need done..these guys jumped on it, fixed it , and I was down road before 4... Sent parts guy clear out to Baytown for only filter within range ..I greatly appreciated the above and beyond service from the Rosenberg shop ..not so much for San Antonio.. wasn't shown anything or told what was done...only knew it was moved by walking around outside... The crew at Rosenberg is top notch ... I've told everyone , if in area and need a shop these...

Very unhappy with this shop, which is actually a Freightliner Service Center trying to pass themselves off as some other name Performance Truck. If you go here for a DOT Certified Inspection you can count on failing and being told that you will need some sort of mechanical repair. Money making scammers. I Definitely would not recommend this shop and you should avoid it at all cost. Reviewing the response by "Jake" the manager I see now that they are outright liars too. My brakes and drums are brand new and your claim that there was or is an exhaust leak is also false. You should at least be honest. Also I would like to mention that mysteriously after refusing service from you I had to have a tire repaired after finding a lag screw in the tire. I took my truck to a Love's truck stop and passed inspection. I stand by Statements about this dishonest Freightliner shop and wouldn't go...

I visited Performance Truck back on 11/14/2023. My EGR cooler starting leaking coolant around the seal between the cooler and the water pump. I was hauling for a concert tour and when something like this happens, time is of the essence. I called Performance Truck a couple days in advance and told them my issue. They said to come on in and they would do their best to get to it as best they could. I arrived first thing in the morning, they took my truck straight in and 5 hours later I am back on the road. It's now 3 months after repair and everything is still perfect. The guys at PT Kenworth are great professionals and I am truly thankful for all of their hard work and dedication in keeping us moving. I'm just an independent O/O....not a mega carrier. Repair was done in great time with fair and honest pricing. Kuddos to everyone at PT Kenworth! They are all Rockstars in...
