I went the next day and they were closed and the hours posted on the doors says they're closed Thursday and Friday so I went in on Saturday, and they changed me to fix it cause they said they are now open on Friday for the summer and it is posted in their sites. We visited the store at 2:30 on 10/4/24 and were treated very rudely by two employees. My daughter needed to have her bracelet repaired but it was done so poorly that it was very noticeable and she is heartbroken. It had been her birthday present that she had waited for a long time. Such a cute area when you walk in! We were greeted and the lady that took care of me went above and beyond. I was doing permanent jewelry but was undecided what I wanted and didn’t know how mixing metals with the charm would look so she put the bracelet together for me so I could see how it would look.
