Rockstar Pizza — Restaurant in Brownsburg

People are so rude.. i think she was the owner too... My son got a coupon from the library on his summer reading program..that's the reason why we went there to claim his free kids meal... but it is for DINE IN only...so we planned to let him dine in and eat there..., but we ( me and wife ) were still full, we decided to just order large pizza for take home... we told her that can we just let the boy eat here then we just take our pizza home? BUT WE WERE TOLD THAT WE CANT DO THAT.. WE MUST AS WELL SIT AND EAT THERE! Grrrrr! And she turned away from us... and doesn't want to take our order !

The coupon only states "dine in only", it doesn't state that it needs additional purchase or with adult orders...but we still planned to take additional pizza to give them business.. And we follow the rules with the coupon.. for dine in only... so the kid will do the dine in...

For the additional order -Why we need to do dine in too? And what makes a difference if we order and dine in, but we just bite a little and take it home or just take it home right away?

It's ridiculous..! Why they need to forced us to do dine in??? They dont have a nice ambiance either... and Pizzas usually are being take out, delivered or carry out...

Lastly, why being so rude to your customer ? Turned your back on us? Just like telling us to get out? !!!!? Oh well..., it is not our lost.. there's lot of pizza around the corner!

If there's a rate of zero.. will give it to you! We swear that we will not go back to this...

First off, let's start with the pizza. Rockstar's Hand Tossed crust pizza is phenomenal. Coming from Chicago (aka one of the best pizza hubs in the states, and no I'm not referring to the deep dish pizza we give the tourists.. though there is a time and place for it 🤣), this pizza would absolutely stand with the best of them. The hand tossed crust is perfection, the sauce is incredibly flavorful, and the toppings are always delicious and plentiful. This is legitimately one of the best pizzas I've ever had.

I also want to add, their keto pizza crust option is delicious and is a great way to still enjoy pizza while watching your carb intake.

For those of you who are looking for a gluten free pizza, as my gluten free fiancé would verify, this is the best in the area.. hands down! I admittedly sneak a slice or two when she's not looking.. but don't tell her that 😆

In closing, to say that Rockstar Pizza is just a great pizza place would be an understatement, because it's so more than just that. It's rare to see businesses these days foster an actual good sense of community and culture, but Rockstar does so with ease and excitement. Businesses big and small should take note of how they do things, because our world would be a much better place if they would be more like Rockstar.

I am so upset and disappointed Not only because I was charged over $146 and they never made my order, but they also sponsor our company and came very highly recommended. I called 20 minutes after my delivery time and I decided to call and they informed me that they hadn't made it because the delivery time was 5pm. I stated I was holding my receipt in my hand and it plainly said 11:45am. This was an online order and I asked them not to charge my card. After I made other arrangements for treating my staff to lunch I called to speak to a manager to make sure they wouldn't charge me and low and behold they did charge me and now I am going to have to call again to get my money returned. So very upsetting. I will never order or even suggest this business to anyone. I must say though when I went back in today to try and resolve this issue and get my money returned, the lady was very kind and reassured me this would my the top priority to get fixed. So I must say I might change my mind and still business depending on the return of my money. Fingers crossed that things work out. I came back to edit my review once more. I changed my star rating from 1 star then 3 now I will give a 4 🌟. I am so very impressed with the sincere apology from this sweet lady. She was so helpful and so kind. Thank you for making things right. God bless. I will definitely try Rockstar...
