Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownsburg

I was already done with Brownsburg Pizza Hut but... My girls wanted to order from Pizza Hut pretty badly for some reason. The day after Christmas, we'd been traveling all day so I thought I'd take a chance and order from Brownsburg Pizza Hut, despite my better judgement, since it was one pizza. Just cheese, nothing fancy. They surely couldn't mess it up... After I put in the order the app showed it would be 2 hours before it was ready. Called Brownsburg Pizza Hut, no answer, no voicemail, nothing. We waited 2 hours, no pizza. The corporate order line couldn't get through to the Brownsburg Pizza Hut store either. I ordered a replacement pizza from another pizza place. It came in about 25 minutes. Checked on my Pizza Hut order the next morning hoping for a refund or a cancelled order, it still shows they were making it. Besides the fact I was paying $35 for one cheese pizza, I had to order a replacement and am still out for the Brownsburg Pizza Hut pizza which I never received. I've never received a call from them or anything. So, after all the waiting for a single pizza that never came, even my teenage girls are done with Brownsburg Pizza Hut. Pretty sad service.

Waited 5 maybe 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The lady just looked at me and I ended up saying I have a pick up. Again doesn’t say anything and turned around. Come back rude and acted like I know my pizza wasn’t done. When was it was done no one communicated it. So it just sat up there. Until she was ready to figure out whose it was. Make it all the way home for the pizza to not being cooked all the way. The only great part of the meal was the wings. Also didn’t get cheese not a big problem I’ll just call up there and get my 3 dollars back. The lady on the phone again the same lady that helped me answers so rude! She told me should would just credit me 5 dollars and I told her I didn’t want that because we probably won’t be back. For her to get nasty over the phone about how she can’t do that. To call back for the GM tomorrow at 10. Then Hung up on me! I have never had this happy at this location. They always have sweet teenagers working and will tell you when you walk in if something is out. Sad to say we will not be back. Hopefully no one else got the same experience but from watching she was rude to everyone that...

Not had pizza hut in over 5 years. Remembered their pasta being nice and wanted some. Ordered over the phone. Called back because i wanted cheese sticks instead of breadsticks. The ohone rang for 9mins and 32sec. No one answered. And i was transferred from the call center and told not to hang up.

My pasta was dry (cooked too long) I remember this Alfredo being creamy and delicious and the marinara being juicy and yummy. But both were dry and neatly tasteless.

The store was disgusting! Walking in was like entering an indoor playground, dirt and all. I dropped my receipt when leaving and it landed on a literal pile of dirt. If the woman who greeted me had not been nice id have walked out. But no one had marks or gloves on. They went from room to room freely without sanitation.

When i got my receipt from the floor i looked around the whole floor and walls and the dirt and disgust needs to be addressed.
