Subway — Restaurant in Brownsburg

I go to this restaurant 4 times a week due to it being the closest and fastest since work next door. I got a chicken bacon ranch and got shorted chicken. I asked politely if he just put a little more chicken on there so he did which is awesome. I pay not realizing that it’s more than normal. So I ask why he was extra and he tells me it’s a deluxe because he put extra chicken on. So I guess what I’m complaining about is I never asked for a deluxe. My wife and I eat at Subway at least once a week. We travel alot so eat at alot of different locations but Brownsburg Main street location is by far the best one, the owner is there daily and has had some of the same employees for years, their always very friendly and interact with their customers, food is always fresh and on point, we stopped in New Years day and they were slow, the owner was on a ladder and was taking out the vents in the ceiling and cleaning them, don't see that very often, Excellent Service from...

guy with dot old man (sohol) and(y) girl named Ekta are rude to customers always and can't hear customers. No one can speak Understandable English. Only people there who can speak good English: a white lady, a mix kid and two other kids. Owner claims to have one more store in Avon. The same problem there too. Both got 2 stars 4 service y problems before the other two kids showed up.
