The first time I purchased some candy here the clerk that claims to be the manager over charged me& I had to go back to straighten it out and got my $$ back. Right now actually is the second time I buy candy and balloons from this place, I clearly said not to charge the balloons and a girl that was charging me put them aside and then I’m guessing charged them because when I opened the box I saw they were in the box and I hadn’t even left the parking lot & I went back in the store to get my $37 back and the guy that happens to be the manager as well gave me unprofessional attitude and said I couldn’t get a refund. This place has everything for a child's birthday party. But it's much more than a birthday party place. This place has things for baby showers and special holiday events. Lots of imported items from Mexico. Prices are economic also. The only thing that they could include (This is just a personal observation) A little more customer service. The store had lots of employees but they all seem to be more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers. I felt like I was bothering them when I needed help...

Good place for the Mexican Sweet Tooth. I just wish we were greeted with a smile. Management/Staff need to make a paying customer feel welcome. Most cashier don't greet you. The floor staff lake Eduardo's or "Lalo" is an excellent asset to your company and is an example of an excellent employees that is willing to help. We recommends and is really helpful. Pinkis staff needs to follow this example. ...
