C&C Wings Central — Restaurant in Brownsville

Absolutely terrible food tonight but what made this experience worse was the supposed "manager" handling a complaint. I called and was put on hold for five minutes, only to be hung up on. I called back and asked for the manager. The woman on the phone identified herself as the "manager." I let her know my situation. The wings I ordered were beyond cold and not crispy how I requested them, even though that request added an extra 15 mins to the order. The Buffalo chips were the only thing crispy and also very cold! Instead of being apologetic and understanding, she took the opposite approach and was nothing but a rude mess! For some odd reason she didn't believe the order was cold. The "manager's" only solution was for me to drive the wings back to them and get a new order of wings. So, you're telling me I have to tell my family to wait on Friday family dinner for another hour? Or get a free order of Buffalo chips on the next visit? This is just laughable! After this experience, I'm never going back and I will call the General Manager on Monday. Completely absurd. This "manager" needs extensive...

Went to eat lunch today. Normally the place has a friendly atmosphere but the bartender had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. I ordered 10 wings (hotter ~ alleged) with blue cheese and buffalo chips ( french fries). The food came out very quick ( not sure if they were a cancel but faster than expected) The buffalo chips were decent but the wings were extremely salty and not even spicy like i ordered. Normally i can understand if the restaurant was full, it would be hard to check back to see if everything was fine. It was a great the place had a nice relaxed vibe. Its small only about 5 tables and 8 seats at the bar. Overall very comfortable place dine in and drive thru is available.
