I have stayed in hotels all over the world. as i travel for work often. This place is the worst i have ever seen hands down. it all started with a web of lies that there was nighttime security fulltime, and videos cameras everywhere inside and out. as i had an expensive truck i decided to stay here. BIG MISTAKE. within 2 days i witnessed a awful domestic violence as a drunk man beat a child and woman in front of me in the hallway, i chased the guy off and waited for police at midnight. then it got really good a few days later my prized truck under "excellent security" was stolen from right in front of the hotel. when i asked to see footage of parking lot and speak with security company they "managment" informed me there is actually no outside survillence at all. the night time security came every now and then, and refused to give me they companies name. i believe the security was actually a young woman who sat out back of the hotel drinking and partying all night, probably with the scumbags who stole my truck. this hotel cost me $30,000. also they never told me there highspeed internet was via ethernet cable they charge you for and its about the worst connection ive ever had, impossible to do work from my computer. on my last day there, there was a painting operation in the stair wells that they didnt ventalate at all and flooded the hotel with toxic fumes. i could hardly breathe or see. fire alarms went off every 30 secs until they could override it. lets see what else, thin walls got to listen to a party everynight either above me or to the side of my room. the bed bugs were actually the least worst part about this place. your better off getting a tent. Do not stay at this location or any value place. pay the extra ten bucks a night and get a real hotel, not a comm core painted up to look...
Read moreThis weekend had many guests stay as rooms were blocked off. My card was charged for 1 room and guest was denied to pay using their card. This was not authorized as I canceled rooms in advance. (Will call bank)
Rooms were dirty. They claimed to have fumigated which was the excuse for roaches to be seen. Also mattresses in different rooms did have bed bugs!!!! They stated the roaches were coming out and the fumigation was working.
To me it showed lack of management and housekeeping is doing a poor job. If I could post pictures of the roaches crawling on walls and the bed bugs on mattress I would!!
My guests in several rooms were bit and denied a refund. Was told to call on Monday speak with manager.
Others were offered a different room and the same issue roaches crawling, dead roaches in drawers, and BED BUGS.
Night shift personnel stated he was embarrassed and the place was worse before that they use to have rodent droppings and just bad stories from employees!!!
DO NOT GET A PLACE HERE. ITS NOT A GOOD PLACE AND ROOMS DO NOT MATCH THESE PHOTOS SHOWN..
THEY DESERVE 0 STARS AND TO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR BEING SO...
Read moreBeen here for two weeks and recently have had an issue with the person upstairs stomping around between 10pm and 4am repeatedly waking me up. I let it go for a few days but when the activity continued decided to make the front desk aware. I was immediately told that the person above has a medical isssue and can't go out in the day. I repeated my issue and was told, "Those are her hours", as if I am to simply accept it. The staff member then answered the phone while we were engaged in conversation without so much as a polite excuse me as if to she drive home the fact that I was annoying her with my issue. Once off the phone, she again told me "Those are her hours", beginning to feel frustrated, I advised that those are not my hours. I was told it would be mentioned to the stomper. What I really didn't appreciate was the reaction I heard from the staff member as I was leaving. She made sure to give a big exhale as if I was doing nothing more than wasting her time. I have had interactions with the GM prior and she was very polite and responsive. I understand you get what you pay for and until now I have been pleasantly surprised. Here's to making it...
