Horrible disgusting food. I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich and a small soup. First, the soup had some black hairs! I know for a fact they are not mine since i just dyed my hair purple a few days ago. Plus more than one hair? It went straight in the trash. Second the chipotle chicken sandwich was super cold, like if it had been frozen, i waited for it to get a little more room temp before eating. Not sure if thats why but the sandwich tasted so bad. The only flavor that came across was a super STRONG chipotle taste. It felt like i was eating a straight up chipotle pepper not a chicken chipotle sandwich. Over all there was not a single thing in my order I ended up eating. Not the hairy potato soup not the cold chipotle. It such a shame since the location on Paredes is delicious and I only went here since its closer to my job. Me and my sister always go here but today 11/15/2016 i order the wrong sub, by mistaking the name of a picture that said popeye sub.We asked them if they could fix our sub to the special sub and the lady or cook in the back said NO.
