Madison's Flowers Inc — Local services in Brownsville

Ordered a plaque when my mother died in December. Had been in contact with them about getting another plaque because they failed to tell me they couldn’t get the one they ordered. I go to get the new plaque and you couldn’t even make out the letters. I had spoke with someone about just getting an arrangement made for my mother’s grave and exactly how I wanted it. She said she would do it. It’s now april, still hadn’t heard anything. Who wouldn’t be upset over something that was meaningful for their mother? I go in today and I get asked to leave because I was explaining my frustration about the plaque that was already paid for and ordered! I will never be back. And let’s go ahead and add they are severely over priced. The trip to Kroger in bowling green...

I called and ordered purple flowers to be in flower arrangement for a funeral an to also include an angel- said no problem an said would be $10 more for the angel- said ok. Was sent a photo of the flowers at the funeral - they were not purple- they were a burgundy red And there was not an angel- they put a cross in it- granted the cross might have been ok- but that was not what I ordered- they had my phone number- if they could not fill the order as it was ordered(they said they could when placed) they should have called. I'm am not happy with the results- they certainly did not look like almost $80 to me- could have gotten...

My in-laws have used Madison's Flowers for decades. Recently I had the opportunity to order flowers for a funeral and saddles for the cemetery. Their flowers are always beautiful and very tastefully done. They ask a lot of questions to make sure they are fulfilling your order as you expect it to look and for your needs.
