Update: From some basic research on their Facebook page, I can see Julio is actually the OWNER of this place. WILD! Still no reply from him either.
Original Post: I have now inquired twice with this company to get an update on the status of my order. Both times I have reached out via email as the website indicates this is a valid way to communicate with the shop. Both times, Idalia, indicated I needed to utilize the chat. The chat hours are while I am working. So both times I have had to take time out of my work day to understand when my order is coming.
This was supposed to be a birthday present and will now be a Christmas gift. Either way it is a gift. I do not want my order cancelled. I was offered a cancellation by Idalia, and I told her I did not want that. She did it anyway. This was only after I expressed my frustrations with the communication methods at your company. When I asked her for her boss, she gave me Julio’s (her coordinator?) information. When I asked her why she cancelled it, she told me to have a nice day and ended the chat.
I then sent a follow up to Julio including the transcript from my chat conversation to show terrible Idalias service was. Since I have yet to get a reply from Julio, maybe leaving proper reviews anywhere I can for how terrible this place is will either get me a reply or cause them to change some of their business practices so they stop making people waste their time. People who, by the way, are actively trying to spend money with this company.
I would not be surprised if they go out of business with how terrible their customer service is, and it’s sad because poor management will likely cost...

I was basically waiting for one last Funko Pop that was backordered & when I asked for the status recently…which took them forever to respond, they told me my order had already been fulfilled. So they have literally washed their hands with me and stolen my money. I gave them a chance even after reading the other reviews and actually had a decent experience until now. STAY AWAY from this place. Not worth the time and headache. NEVER AGAIN! Thanks for nothing.
Update: I really appreciate the great customer support. They responded quickly and gave me updates whenever I requested info. Some Funkos were back ordered & I was refunded promptly. There’s just 1 Funko that is still pending delivery upon availability. I’m a happy customer 👏👏👏👏
Update: I received 3 Funkos as they promised. Now I’ll just wait for the pre-orders that should be sent out this month. So far so good…it just took some effort trying to reach them. This was the best way. Thank you! Great products!
I had an issue with some unsent items that weren’t preorders & sent various emails with no response. I was able to finally contact them with the messaging app here in google. They said the items would be sent…and the preorders once available. Let’s see how this goes. I’ll be back to give my feedback in a week to see if some remaining...

Literally the worst collectible buying experience I’ve ever had. This place takes a bunch of orders it knows it can’t fulfill just to steal a restocking fee whenever someone cancels. I placed a preorder with them in March that was suppose to be delivered by July. After reaching out to them in August, I realized these ppl were not good business and knew exactly what they were doing. They responded in a mocking way adding childish emojis to their vague obvious and uninformative responses. After multiple weeks/attempts of trying to get a simple update, apart from the fact that I was able to get the items I preordered on my own end signed by the voice actors, I decided to put in a request to cancel. All of a sudden they start scrambling and stop acting like my items haven’t arrived and attempt to immediately ship me my items (mind you 4 days after label was created the carrier still hadn’t received my items). I repeatedly emailed them and managed to get a cancelation They proceeded to partially refund me money and still charge me shipping. Kept about $25 from a $60-$70 order.
