Horrible service! My boyfriend and I ordered two plates. My plate arrived within 3 minutes, but it was missing toppings and sides. His took 15 minutes, as they messed up his order multiple times, and he ended up eating from my plate because he was starving. I ordered an additional plate since I was still hungry. After 20 more minutes, he finally got his, but we were still waiting for my third plate. I asked for it to go, waited another 10 minutes, and then decided to request a refund. They refused, saying the food would be out soon. After an hour of waiting, I left without my food or my money. This is unacceptable for fast food!

However it's understandable when you have a new employee but dont leave them alone if they aren't fully trained. I literally painted the picture and asked for the same plate like the one i have at the table so it can click in her head.

Horrible service, not attentive, and forgets the customers sitting...

DO NOT EAT HERE Only giving this place a one-star because I cannot give it a zero the service is trash, we didnt know that you had to go to the counter to take place your order and werent told this until 10 minutes later after sitting down, the girl in the front that takes your order is rude and has an attitude when taking your order, you have to yell for her to hear you, she forgot to put my down my drink order then my grandmother had to go back to the counter to ask for her drink because it was never brought out to her then we had to go to the counter to retreave our food instead of them bringing it to us then my food was done wrong and burnt and they forgot to give us forks overall this place sucks its too cramped and hot service sucks so does staff and whats funny is they still put...

Terrible customer service. Placed my order at 4:46pm, was told it would be out in 30 minutes. It is now 5:39pm and I still have nothing. Now I'm being told they have no aguacate. Why not tell me when I initially placed the order? Be honest with your customers. Also, the customer service over the phone is horrible and plain rude. They need a new phone and a better order taker that isn't so rude with customers. I don't recommend this place. This is my second time here and both times have been a fail. I came again in hopes they would do better. Should've just stayed away. As soon as we asked for a partial refund because of no aguacate... they suddenly found some....
