First thing, they are veteran friendly. Secondly, every employee in the store is a warm and kind soul. Every single one is passionate and knowledgeable in their own fields of expertise, with many of them having overlapping knowledge that helps them be experts in their field.

As a disabled vet who has trouble dealing with the world outside of my few safe spots, it is nice to have a place that isn't my own apartment or a close friend's place to hang out. I can be social again, and it's largely in part due to the atmosphere that is facilitated in the store. They are always happy to answer questions, and they also are planning many things to help the community more. I haven't been this excited for a store since the one that I used to help manage. It is a relaxed environment, I go there to buy Pokemon Cards (mainly just individual packs but they have booster packs and EYBs) and love it every time. They host events, main things they have are relating to warhammer and magic, paints for figurines, and areas to play your games. Staff is always friendly and relaxed as well, open to talking to anyone who comes in. I’ll keep buying Pokémon cards there!

I went to the Junior Rattler night with my daughter who is 9 years old. The employee who helped us was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I cannot remember his name (edit I think it's Harold) and once I remember it I'll add it to the review. The employee did a great job explaining the rules to a spearhead level of age of sigmar. We will be back for the next junior rattler night on Monday at 6 pm.
