KFC the College Station location, First of all I Just want to say I love KFC Chicken for many years, We have been eating KFC in the Bryan! location which is amazing, Great service , The food is always hot delicious We always order the family meals, We are now in College Station And let me tell you It's like day and night Horrible service !!cold old chicken!!! The biscuits were so hard!! And just yesterday Sunday At 4:30 PM We went through the drive through and sat thereOver 5 minutes nothing so we drove up to the window And this lady Her name was( Enaida) Not sure if I'm spelling it correctly but she couldn't speak good english Just looked at us She opens the window and says I have order ,It was the car behind us, We sat there and watched her fill the car behind us's full order !! Then opens the sliding window And just looks at us , I will never go back to KFC you lost a great Paying customer!!! Read moreWhile we like the variety of chicken the KFC brand offers, this location is very inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken is fresh, sometimes the crust is soggy like a wet napkin draped over chicken. I've even requested the chicken be fresh and gotten obviously old chicken after being told, "Oh, we made a fresh batch a few minutes ago." I guess a few minutes is different for everyone. It could vary between 5 minutes or 30, which is the difference between soggy chicken.
The service leaves a lot to be desired, but that is also inconsistent. Sometimes everyone is nice, sometimes they clearly just want you to order your food, pick it up at the drive-thru, and scoot!
With other options like Layne's in town for consistently properly cooked chicken, I'd suggest those places instead. But if a bucket of chicken is what you're looking for, a bucket of chicken is what you'll get...
Read moreThis is the worst KFC I've ever visited. The last 5 times I've gone there they've gotten my order wrong. When I order my food through the drive thru, I have them repeat my order to me. When I'm handed my food at the window, I look at the receipt...confirm it was ordered correctly and then I have the attendant confirm all the contents are correct. I'm always told "Yes sir, I made sure of it myself". I get home...wrong. I'm just tired of it. I pay for food that I don't even get...I pay for food that's completely wrong. I don't understand, it's not as if it's difficult to fill an order. And to top it off, everytime I go there...I'm the only car in the drive thru and there's no inside dining because if the pandemic.
