They sell counterfeit products. They say they buy items from the actual distributor but they don’t because the items don’t match the real ones.They have been reported for selling counterfeit products. Don’t waste your money here. Protect your health and your wallet. I drive through CS to come here and I was told my parking in the handicap parking spot was not good enough and told to move it. I did and entered then asked for papers and tips, they told me I had an attitude and had to leave. I threatened no one in anyway. I did not swear or even yell. Let this sink in. A Disabled Veteran wearing a camo hat and GI Joe shirt with a big truck who has a Purple Heart plate was told by someone with pink hair and piercings that he didn’t park good enough and was told they couldn’t shop there because of his attitude after reparking better to their personal standards. You went against ADA law. You don’t know my disabilities and you discriminated against me and made me repark to your standards and then denied me service. Let that sink in, you denied me service until I reparked to your standards and then denied me service again after doing what was requested. I will be pursuing discrimination case against this location. The two employees ,the young person with the glasses and the young person with the pink hair basically harassed me until I complied to their orders to have a potential chance to shop at the store. I have spent so much money here, after finding out they sell counterfeit products I will be disputing my charges and will get my refund back from these counterfeit products. Watch what you buy from here it’s heavily stocked with counterfeit products. This store is the reason why there’s an Executive Order from the Governor to regulate and enforce the law against these bad actors that don’t care about your health just...

What was initially a negative experience has become a positive one... Vape City came through with a replacement device for me... I'm very happy with my new Seahorse X... Will definitely be returning...

I recently purchased a Seahorse X device from Vape City... Unfortunately there were issues and it seems Vape City DOES NOT stand behind the products they sell... One piece was broken and another was missing .. When I brought it back, with the receipt on the same day of purchase, I was told that since they didn't carry the replacement accessories for that device and they didn't have another one to exchange it for that all they could offer me was store credit to pick out a DIFFERENT device... They refused to get replacement pieces despite the fact that the manufacturer makes and sells replacements for both parts in question... They also refused to get another Seahorse X to exchange it with... And they refuse to refund my money even with the receipt... I don't want a different device... I want to purchase a Seahorse X or I don't want to purchase a device... Replace the faulty parts, replace the whole device, or refund my money... It's what a professional and reputable...

This Vape Shop is really warm and inviting, they almost always have what you need, vapes, tanks, ejuice, coils, and of course they carry other recreational tobacco products too. The staff is always nice and eager to help you especially with how often their inventory changes and I really appreciate how they are willing to give you an honest opinion about some of the products when you find yourself trying somthing new or needing help finding a substitute for somthing they are out of stock on. Despite the location itself being rather small they carry so many options and everything seems pretty straight forward. Another bonus is the parking lot is very well lit comapared to other local vape and or smoke shops in town so if you pull up at some odd hours of the night atleast know you'll feel much safer visiting Vape City compared to visiting their other competitors at night. Lastly its nice that they are open 24/7. I would recommend anyone who vapes to go check this place out its...
