Came in to diagnose an odd issue about a month and a half ago where something was shorting an aftermarket head unit in my suv. Took the suv to Car Doc for alignment and tire rotation and had them try to sus out the short while I was there. They couldn't find either the short or the issue itself. They recommended I replace the head unit under warranty. I knew the head unit was fine, just not receiving power, and I had a hunch it had something to do with my dash cam and an accidental kick to either the door of my suv or the trim under the dash during a drive a week prior. So, I declined the replacement and took it here to see if they could figure it out. Called ahead of time and explained the situation to Lance, and we were able to get an idea for what might be causing the issue over the phone. Took it in the next day. Lance took a look at it and was able to figure out the issue in about an hour. My dashcame had been poorly wired through my trim, and the wires had gotten pinched in the trim around the fuse box, causing the short. Had the dash cam rewired, and my head unit turned on just fine and functioned just as well afterward. Saved me a huge headache and a lot of service fees, considering the problem would not have been fixed otherwise, and I'm glad I knew what I was looking for ahead of time. I was with progressive insurance and was in a bad wreck, although Progressive is absolutely terrible and transferred me to four different reps throughout my experience just to finally tell me my car was totaled over 2 1/2 months later… Lance Long specifically and whoever his team is were above and beyond.

If you get in a wreck in this area I would strongly suggest that you choose this shop and request Lance to work on your vehicle. I have personally been screwed over many times and I’m writing this even though I never write reviews because I want people who are in my same position to be able to get the help that I received.

I have been in three wrecks in my life and Lance made this experience as smooth as he possibly could. Above and beyond are truly the only words to explain the kind of service I received from him, he gave me outside information such as what he had done or someone he knew had done giving me many options when I was in a very very bad position on top of that he was always available by text or phone even when he clearly did not have to be such as 7 PM at night. I want people who are in my same position to be able to get the help...

I can't believe this place only has 2 reviews! I was BEYOND satisfied with my service here at Creative Audio Concepts. If you look at the reviews for "Jack's Mobile Electronics" the most recent review gives the full detail of my bad experience there and how Creative Audio fixed my issue with excellence. Nonetheless, the technicians here went far out of their way to fix my car stereo issues. It did take 2 attempts, but I am so glad that they were willing to do what it took to get the job done. The best part is I only spent $100 for it all! I highly recommend Creative Audio!
