Honestly, I would love to give a business a great review, yet it is hard to do that when they will not accept you on their financing because your only living parent lives out of state. Was looking to buy my husband a recliner for Christmas and this one I found here was beautiful and better looking than all the rest of the ones I have seen in other stores. Was told I needed to have at least 3 family references and 2 friend references. Well that is kind of hard to do on family when you only have one parent and she lives two states away. My husband's mother has passed from kidney failure and my dad died when I was a teenager. I used my sister in law as a reference, my best friends of 12 years and a friend. I was never called back to see if the application was accepted and I was told it would take up to 45 minutes. I called them about 2 hours later and was told they couldn't accept it because of me only having one parent as my reference and she lived out of state. Well sorry dude, I guess I can do a seance and called my dead father who I never spoke to in my life and see if he can back me up and let ya'll know that I can afford your monthly payments. When you have a darn good credit score I guess that doesn't matter, being as you gotta have a reference who lives in state because they sure as heck didn't call the sister in law or the best friend......Not sure if I will do business in the future with this company or if I do make sure I have the cash flat out and see if they will...

I’ve been a customer for 12 years,I loved how they always had good employees until now that I’ve seen this one lady that seems to hate being there.i usually make my payments on the 20th of each month and for some reason the payment always changes to another date I had never had a problem with them fixing it but today my husband went to make the payment and he kindly asked if she can fix the date and she had an attitude with him and said this was the last time she changed the date like if it’s our fault that the date always changes for some reason.she was wearing a black shirt from Victoria secret but don’t know her name.She really has to work with her attitude and at least pretend like she likes her job.very...

I go here to drop off my husband for work and from what I've seen and whom ive met, the staff is really friendly and hardworking. They are constantly delivering to homes and even put it together for customers! Always going out if their way to help in any way they can! The manger Sed is always on site and ready to help customers, the girl at the front desk is also very helpful and friendly! But most of all I recommend you go see their furniture pieces!
