I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by Global Event Group, and in particular, by Ben and his team. I am not sure how he does it but each year he goes above and beyond, ensuring our event runs seamlessly. For reference, we host 2.5-day events that feed over 500 people, multiple times a day. I've had the pleasure of working with Ben for years, every single time he manages to execute each break, lunch and reception flawlessly. Ben's professionalism is unmatched, but what truly sets him apart is his kindness, which shines through in every interaction with both our clients and other vendors. No matter how many moving parts are involved, he ensures everything happens exactly as planned. Even when last-minute changes to timing or location is required, he handles it with ease and rarely blinks an eye. I would describe myself as constantly on-edge but once we arrive on-site, I have zero concerns regarding food and beverage. I truly wish every vendor could provide this level of confidence and reliability. Ben not only executes his role, but he also goes above and beyond his job description, reminding me to place a sponsorship sign or setting aside plates to ensure my coworkers and I don't miss out on a meal. Global Event Group has been an incredible partner year after year, partnering together with Hospice Brazos Valley in Bryan, Texas. They create a memorable experience that guests look forward to partaking in at the Hospice Brazos Valley Annual Fundraising Gala "Happening" I enjoyed our collaboration, so many options to choose from and create custom designed menu perfect for this years theme "The Stars at Night are Big & Bright" The attention to detail from passed appetizers to the beautiful and bountiful salad, main course of chicken fried steak with milk gravy, green beans and garlic mashed potatoes was so delicious. We had three different desserts and always an incredible presentation. The Leadership of Kendra and Ben along with the exceptional men and women who by the way were dressed so professionally and treated every one of our guests with kindness and respect. I am thrilled to say before the event was even fully executed I have them scheduled for "Happening 2026" in February of next year.
