DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They claim the homes are new when they are not. I purchased a home from them in April and since then I have gotten water leaking from my roof, water leaking from every sink faucet including restrooms, there is no insulation in the walls, cabinet doors are falling, none of the doors close correctly or even lock that includes the exterior doors, the wall panels fall off on their own. I have been trying to get them to fix all the problems that I have because there are many more than just those and they claim they fixed them but have not done so. This has been a six month battle with them but they like to blame the contractor that is their family member instead of actually fixing the problems. THEY WILL TAKE YOU AROUND AND AROUND JUST SO YOU GET TIRED OF ASKING THEM TO FIX IT. Update: we are a year in this house and i already had to fix the roof, fix the ac 2 times, replace all the plumbing because either the piping was leaking or the pipe bursted, had to replace all the doors because non of them closed right, fix a portion of the floor because the floorboards cracked and created holes, and replaced the electrical wiring on half the house (we almost burned down…thank god i smelled it and shut off the breakers asap). So please if you’re getting a house from them make sure they install it and get an inspection done on it before closing with them because they will ignore you. The price is good, but if you want to be in a COMPLETED home, I would not go here. Our mobile home was delivered in March of 2023, power was hooked up in April of 2023 and it is now TEN (10) months later and our 'make ready' is still not complete. Brazos Home Center kept saying that 'there are other houses with more serious problems' even though 4 of our windows were leaking very bad, and more rain was coming. He came out and fixed a few major things on our list and messed up even more things in our house. We informed BHC and they said they were going to have to send the work to Jessup because there was just too much to fix (not BHC fault but this was 8 months after we got it). Jessup came and fixed most problems, but they informed me that they would not fix the mess-ups that BHC did to our home. I have called BHC to tell them Jessup said this and this seemed to be a very big inconvenience for them. The make ready's are VERY slow to be done and they don't seem to care that they mess things up further. The sales woman, Connie, was very nice and straight forward, and all of the contractors we worked with were amazing. BUT it would be nice to have a completed house ten months later... who knows if it will ever happen. I'll update this when BHC comes out to complete their...

Connie is the absolute best. We originally were getting a home with Oak Creek in the Cleveland area, but their customer service was awful. Buying a home is a big purchase and I need to be totally comfortable with the seller and situation, so we backed out of the agreement with Oak Creek and heard about Connie through a friend. Even though it is a very far drive for us coming from Houston, it is so worth it. Connie helped us find our perfect home promptly. This home is bigger, nicer, better built, and costs less than the Oak Creek home. In addition, she has also been the most consistently helpful person throughout our land+home buying process. Our experience buying land and a home has been unique as there were title issues with the land. But every step of the way Connie has gone above and beyond to make sure we are getting treated right and the work is being done. So grateful for Connie and the team.
