I have never had a problem before and I honestly still can't believe it.I asked for the price of sizing a ring and it was more than I wanted to pay being that I had other things that needed to be repaired. I knew my mother had a friend that does jewelry repair and I was willing to wait and see if it may be cheaper with him.The owner apparently overheard my mother and my conversation and was apparently offended by me wanting to take it elsewhere. He said I would be paying $10 on gas just getting there. I said that's no problem because my mother lives in the same town as this other jeweler. At this point my head is throbbing and I am really taken back that it was even an issue. I told him it was no big deal and asked why was it even an issue, people do shop around and try and get a good price on things. RIGHT? Apparently, I was wrong. There were some other issues brought up and I could go on and I most definitely believe it will get mentioned with their response.

I have been a customer for a very long time and have bought some beautiful jewelry from them. I have always loved looking at their showcases of their beautiful jewelry and never not walk out of there not wanting something!

Anyway, I will never go back again. It was not fair the way I was treated not to mention my mother, my daughter and my granddaughter were all with me and witnessed everything.

I know they will definitely not hurt by losing me as a customer.

I was given a special ring for Christmas however, the ring was too small. I was anxious to put it on my finger and called around to check prices and timeframe that I would be able to have my ring sized. I called all over town and I was given a two to three week window to get my special gift back.........Except for The Jewelry Store. I called them and they said that they would get it back to me the next day!!!! Unbelievable!!! They listened to my anxiety in my voice and worked a miracle!!! The Jewelry Store is the only place I will go for fine jewelry purchases or repairs!!! They are great hometown folks!!!! Thanks for your personalized...

LIFE SAVERS!! WOW! My wife had an accident and broke her wedding ring and we lost the gemstone entirely. Wish I could have a before and after photo, but they were able to encrust a beautiful gem to match what it used to look like and they even polished it to a beautiful new shine... the ring didn't look this good when it was BRAND NEW. I could not possibly be more happy as a customer, and their pricing was more than reasonable- I'd say almost too good to be true. Thank you SO MUCH, jewelry store.
