Subway — Restaurant in Bryan

We have been eating at this subway for months now but we are now moving and I feel I can now say something especially since I was just in there and experienced quite possibly the worst interaction I have every had in there. Everyone of the other people who have worked their have been amazing, polite, professional, and kind.Except James. I came in today and he appeared to be the only one on shift, there was no other customer in the store. I checked to make sure they didn’t close soon and they didn’t close for another 4 hours. When I walk in he rolled his eyes and Goes to prep his gloves saying nothing to me. I tried to ask how he was to which he replied “im just trying to get out of here” and proceeds to put my 2 sandwiches together with such rush and lack of care. He literally threw tomatoes on then tossed the sandwich to the checkout counter. This isnt the first time James has been the one serving us and if it was a one off I wouldnt post it. But everytime i see him he has always been extremely rude to us and other customers in line with us and other employees have even been shocked by what he has said in the past. He seems to hate when people walk in the door to order. He makes it the Worst experience ever at this subway. I will conclude by saying Everyone else has always been amazing as in best...

Today we visited our local subway which is usually great food anyway. But today was different. We came in and a young man named Marcus was working alone. He was making the perfect salad and sandwich for a slowing moving elderly couple. Then he had my husband and I, and two other customers in line. As the door bell rang as customers came in and you could see a bit of excitement in the young mans eyes. But he very artistically, politely, and professionally took care of all of us in a very timely manner! Great employee deserves a raise or promotion for doing the work of two with great attitude and personality. So 5 stars to Marcus!

I love Subway sandwiches, but today I had the worst sandwich ever! I made a call in order since I was on my lunch break. When i got there to pick it up at the scheduled time, it was not ready. When I went up to inquire about it, I saw that it had been toasted, and just sitting on the counter waiting in line of other orders. After about 30 minutes, they finally got to my sandwich. When I got the sandwich, of course it was cold. It had be over-toasted and the cheese was no longer melted. It was so hard that I could barely bite into it.
