Knobs 'n Knockers — Local services in Buckingham Township

Recently we worked with Knobs and Knockers in Peddlers Village to order a complete new front door handle. The selection process was easy and the team at The store worked in coordination with our carpenter schedule to get us the unit in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer threw everyone a curveball by sending a product that was missing some essential parts! Matt, the store owner, handled this in the most professional way by reordering a new door handle set pronto and having their technician install it so we did not have to re-engage our carpenter at our expense. While I realize this was an exception to the norm to get a faulty unit, we were grateful that the Knobs and Knockers team stood behind us in every way in this event. I highly recommend...

I see a lot of 1 and 2 stars reviews that is very unfair and damaging to this business because they are based on the price. I don’t think it’s ok that you should give a low rating for sticker shock. I ordered $1,600 of knobs and handles for large kitchen renovation. When I went to the store to pick them up I was given 2 large bags. I asked the man that gave them to me if they had checked to make sure that I received what I ordered and he assured me that had been done.
