During a recent visit to New Hope, PA, my wife and I spent an afternoon exploring Peddler’s Village and came across Blake’s Jewelry.

From the moment we walked in, both Blake and his mother welcomed us warmly without being pushy. They created a relaxed, no pressure environment that allowed us to take our time browsing.

I asked to look at a watch, and what started as a passing interest quickly turned into me purchasing multiple watches for both my wife and I. The experience was that good! Mainly because I felt completely comfortable taking my time and trying on their large selection of Seiko models.

Later that evening I noticed an issue with one of the watches. I went back to see Blake the next morning and the after sale service was just as excellent as the buying experience.

Blake immediately assured me he’d make it right, and sure enough, within about a week, I received a replacement watch.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Blake and his mom. They made the entire experience memorable from start to finish.

Prices are wonderful, jewelry is the quality you would expect it to be and customer service is above and beyond any chain store I have ever purchased from in the past. Once I knew what I was looking for I was given pros and cons of each type of metal and stones, I was given advice based on quality not cost, and I was given a reasonable time frame to have the piece put together, which the estimate was beat by almost an entire week. I am always apprehensive of making these types of purchases when I am not able to go to a physical location but I took a chance and all my anxiety was quickly alleviated. Aside from my personal pleasant experience, I find the responsible/morally sourcing, American made product priority and efforts to take care of their employees with a living wage/benefits a welcoming change in the way many companies do business. Will absolutely do business again in the future and will absolutely recommend anyone in the market for jewelry to contact here before anywhere else. 10/10 in all categories and can guarantee this company will flourish rapidly under this plan...

From start to finish, this jewelry store blew our expectations out of the water. I had picked out the diamond cut I wanted for my engagement ring, but what happened next was beyond my wildest dreams. My (now fiancé!) worked closely with Blake to create a custom design that is nothing short of breathtaking — a ring I could have never imagined on my own, but somehow feels like it was meant for me.
