If you think I can do this relying only on myself, youāre got to be kidding. But, I didnāt. I had the UPS store which I joined first as Mail Boxes Etc., and didnāt change afterwards. The reason? Well, maybe itās not the same everywhere:
Vicky the owner, of two UPS stores, in Buckingham and New Hope, and I use both. Jim, her trusted manager. And through the years, superbly trained and dedicated staff that could keep the tangles straight not just in my business, but in my mind, like Dan whose helping me post this, e-inept that I am.
This is more than just a service. This is a God-Send. If the other stores are as good as this, then itās probably a good stock investment. If itās not, this is the store that should train them all!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dropped an item off at the UPS store at 4950-C York Rd Buckingham, Pennsylvania on January 13th for a Chairish Drop off n Go shipment that was prepaid. I even went to the extra trouble and expense of wrapping the item so that it didn't get damaged between the time it arrived at the store and when it would be wrapped. After watching the tracking number for two full days, I contacted the store only to be told that the item would not ship until the following day because of the volume of Amazon returns that they had been handling. This delayed payment from the buyer as payment is not issued until the item has been received and approved. Today, when payment had still not been received, I contacted Chairish to ask for an explanation about the delay. I was told that the item was damaged upon arrival (coincidentally after I had posted a negative review of the store on Facebook.). Further, the tracking number disappeared from this shipment as soon as the item went from 'pre-shipment' to 'in transit'. As of today, I STILL have not received payment and have wasted several hours on this sale. I am extremely disappointed by this poor service and apparent...

Never received package until after I had already left the event, which was 3 days later. When the hotel called me to say they have a package, I told them to return it to the return address as directed by the UPS store. The hotel tried to do that and the UPS driver refused to return the package because there was no return label. Called back the store and got told we will have someone call you back. I received numerous calls from customs saying that UPS store didn't fill in correct information, and that no one from the store was calling them back. It was and still is a nightmare.
