There are two of these in the area and I've eaten at both multiple times. If you like Indian food, I feel they make it very well. The pakora here is the only thing I've had that I felt I couldn't recommend. I'm not an expert on Indian food by any means but other places I've gone to the pakora was not as dry. However, I particularly like the naan here. I've tried a few kinds and enjoyed them all. I would also recommend anything Curry, or Tikka masala. Chicken or shrimp Tikka masala both are really good. They can make it mild if you ask but I feel the medium spice was perfect. If you like spicy food I recommend trying the medium spice. Asking for it spicy or extra spicy may be too much. At least I've heard other diners comment and based on the heat I get from the medium spice, I think you'd be best off to try that first. Service was especially good at this particular location as our waiter was very attentive and helpful.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for a date night. It's BYOB. So bring your...
Read moreWe are huge fans of this place. Our first experience was disappointing, but a year later the food has only been getting better. We've eaten at easily over 100 Indian restaurants, and this is one of our favorites. The Chicken Biryani is excellent. The salmon tandoori is amazing. The chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo are also very good. Vegetable samosas are some of the best you will have also. Huge fan of the garlic naan also. My biggest gripe is the lack of dessert options. We've also been there on the weekends, and they do a cool little brunch where you get a few different options for around $14, not a bad price and the meal will stuff you. We've been to the other Cross Cultures (Doylestown, Lambertville, New Hope), and this is by far the best. Not sure why, I assume that they are all owned by the same person, but the chefs have very...
Read moreIt was ok. Chanced upon it while driving past and decided to try. The aloo tikki was good as an appetizer (I'll recommend it). We decided on butter chicken type dish, with a mild tomato sauce, aloo Gobi, naan and aloo parantha. The chicken and naan were great, no complaints. The aloo Gobi as a veg option was seriously bland. The aloo parantha, which I was looking forward to more than the naan, was awful. It came out looking like a frozen premade thing that they warmed up in the kitchen. Not crispy, not buttery at all and bland as heck. Service is good but not everything on menu is top notch, I feel. its either very good or bland. Pricing isn't on the lowest side. 2 of us spent about $75 and had water on the side, for lunch. No buffet options. I would eat the chicken and naan plus the tikkis, there, everyday if I could, on a...
