My daughter and I went in yesterday At 5:15 for two gel manicures and two regular pedicures, it took them three hours to complete our service because they were rotating us from person to person. They did not do a A good job I was very disappointed as we proceeded to check out Tyler‘s colleague the one that finishes his work when he has other nail appointments coming in was very rude. I am a very good tipper, but she Demanded for a $30 tip that completely turned me off I will never be going to Nails boutique Again, They are very unprofessional. I understand they live off of tips, but you don’t demand a tip like that. No wonder they are losing business and they are very understaffed. And as you’re checking out, they say, are you going to leave a tip or are you gonna pay cash for the tip ridiculous and very unprofessional … that was not the case. I’ve been there when I’ve had appointments before and you guys take so long as well. Those are all excuses. This time you made us feel very uncomfortable very unprofessional and you guys were very rude. You guys have to live up to what you guys do now you wanna sit here on your reviews and say it’s the customer’s fault that’s where you lose clientele cause the customer is always right and you are absolutely right. We will never go there again that’s why we stopped going there. I’ve tipped Tyler $20 just for doing my acrylic nails and I’ve tipped the pedicure people $10 just for doing my pedicures you demanded a $30 tip and you will not tell me what I have to do with my money. Since I’m moving back to the area I decided it was time to find a new regular nail place and I think this might be the one. I can see why this place has a 4.5 ⭐️ rating on both Google and Yelp. The customer service from the moment I entered was so consistently genuinely friendly. 🥰 I was immediately greeted by a woman and a man. They asked what I wished to have done and asked me to have a seat while a woman prepped the pedicure area for me. I was grateful to have Tina. She was VERY thorough. I typically have to say something about my cuticles and she just immediately went to town and I feel like she took out a lot that may have been built up and left behind from the last pedicure I had two weeks ago! 🙀 I noticed a HUGE difference once she finished.

The prices are all-inclusive and they offer a few different payment options. They of course accept cash and card however, there is a $1.00 charge if you use a card to pay. How to avoid this additional fee? You can Venmo or Zelle them! 😻

I’ve only just started coming to Big Rays after a friend recommended them to me when she found out i was getting over charged for an oil change at this other place i used to go to. From the jump, the staff here have always been so nice and understanding. I just came to get my moms oil changed and while I was at it I asked Sam if they were affiliated with the other Big Rays at a different location and he said no. i explained to him that i went to them yesterday and that i believe they over charged me to which he offered to look into it. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care for others and don’t just want to profit off of those who are unaware and uneducated about cars. Here at the big rays in howell they do only what you want and don’t sneak in unnecessary charges. I’m thankful for the friend who referred me because thanks to her I found a place I can trust and don’t need to feel nervous about getting screwed over whenever i come.
