Del Taco — Restaurant in Buena Park

I make an order in the app Macho combo burrito combo Macho size Large coke Cheese fries And 2 pear sprite Get to the speaker tell them my name They told me to go to the window So far so good Get to the window she tried to charge me for the order I told her is a mobile order She says okay Try to hand me the large drink I told her there are 3 drinks She just says "oh" I ask for a drink holder And she kind of roll her eyes and gets the drinks in the holder She give me the drinks Comes back with a small bag and hands it to me Don't say anything to me or ask if I need any sauce The bag is very light So I check it and there is just a small box inside I told her is missing the burrito She replied "there no burrito in your order just cheese fries and drinks" I show her my order with the confirmation number She's still says " nope there's no burrito in your order" Again I show her the order and told her I'm paying 18$ for cheese fries and drinks She leaves and start looking at the screen without saying anything to me Then starts to take orders from plp in the restaurant There's another girl that walk to the window and ask me to confirm the order I show her the order again Walks away without a word That's when i call her back to the window and returned the items that were given and told her I was canceling the order

If the employees are not trained, can't do or just don't care about online orders maybe the restaurant shouldn't have online ordering I don't not have the original online confirmation number because I cancel it and there's no way of checking past order or cancel ones This used to be a good location don't know what happened to it I have a closer location to my house but go to this one for the service and the accurate order but no any more The employees don't seem to care a

So I’m going to have to leave a negative review on August 6 and August 7. I went through the drive-through of this Del taco and get what I always get. A number seven. It’s the epic loaded queso chicken burrito. I get the combo. I love In-N-Out And Del taco. I eat at Del taco at least three times a week minimum. It’s very unfortunate that I went through the drive-through and specifically gave my order. Mind you I was very specific and from the drive-through through the pick up counter is all of 5 feet and on both days my order was wrong And when I went to call to see if I can get my order corrected, no one answered the phone. I called at least 3 to 4 times and the phone just kept ringing. This is a high traffic Del taco. The food is not cheap. If I’m paying 14 or $15 For a meal, I would just ask that my meal be correct. I work long and hard and just ask that my mail be correct when I get off work and drive home. If I’m paying, that’s not too much to ask. Extremely disappointed. Order the fiesta pack through drive through. We are vegetarian so when my mom ordered she said vegetarian, no meat at all. Come home and find the tacos have beef in them, when I called to get this corrected the person that answered was not helpful at all, and only tried to blame us for not saying beans instead of beef. Does saying we are vegetarian and dont want meat not mean anything? After telling her multiple times we didnt want meat, she kept saying we have to tell them they want beans put inside instead of beef and she kept going on about value taco. Only thing I was calling to have done with the tacos was returned or switched out for bean tacos. I don't ever write reviews, but hopefully some retraining would help their associates on how to properly handle situations and listen to what a customer is saying before blaming the customer. My family has been coming here for the past the past 10 years.......
